• SeekingNames.com — our name compatibility and lucky name platform
• SuperSathi — our Kundli-based matrimony matching platform

By accessing or using any of these platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our platforms.

2. Who Can Use Our Platforms

To use our platforms, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
• Not be barred from using our services under any applicable law

3. Our Services

Gonivia provides online platforms that use Vedic astrology and numerology to help users with name compatibility, lucky name suggestions, and matrimony matching. Our services include:

• Name compatibility checking for individuals and businesses
• Lucky name suggestions for newborn children and new businesses
• Kundli-based matrimony profile matching (SuperSathi — launching soon)
• Astrological and numerological reports and analysis

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features from our platforms at any time, with or without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our platforms require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes. You must not:

All content on our platforms — including but not limited to text, images, logos, algorithms, astrological calculation methods, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of Gonivia Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Some features on our platforms may require payment. When you make a payment:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners
• We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a paid service, please contact us at info@gonivia.com within 7 days of your purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our platforms provide information and guidance based on Vedic astrology and numerology. While we take great care in the accuracy of our calculations, all results are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

9. Matrimony Platform — Special Terms (SuperSathi)

The following additional terms apply specifically to SuperSathi:

• You must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian law (18 years for women, 21 years for men) to register on SuperSathi
• You confirm that all information you provide in your profile is accurate and truthful
• SuperSathi is a matchmaking platform — the final decision rests entirely with you and your family
• You agree not to misuse the platform for any purpose other than finding a life partner in good faith

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our platforms after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
